Tim has dedicated much of his life to athletics, strength training, and performance. With a background in collegiate wrestling and professional mixed martial arts competition, he developed the discipline, resilience, and competitive mindset that now shape his approach to coaching and personal training.
In 2009, Tim began training clients through boot camps and one-on-one personal training, combining his athletic background with a passion for helping others improve their strength, performance, and overall health.
In addition to fitness, Tim is a certified professional chef with more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He also owned and operated a popular local lunch spot in San Clemente, Ca. for over a decade.
Tim has coached youth wrestling, soccer, and baseball for many years and specializes in training both adults and young athletes through individualized strength and conditioning programs designed to improve overall fitness, athletic performance, and sport-specific development.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and sport specific exercises to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
